so basically today i watched 3 french films!

3. LA PEAU BLANCHE
& drifted in and out of sleep on the sofa many many times!
i think that theres something very exqusite about Audrey Tautou.
she's not pretty, but she has this rather pristine (?) thing abt her.

so for the past 3 days,
i've been working! (shockshock!)
haha, at suntec exhibition hall 401,
to promote the franchising of this cartridge&refill company called Cartridge World.
australian based, started in 1997, 1325 stores worldwide!
okay, so suaku me prior to this Never knew that ink cartridges can be refilled at Half the price!woohoo, i can go on about this okay.

but we have to wear extremely oversized shirts
&those black business pants & black shoes!
i feel like a mamasan, approaching those business man in suits saying
hi sir,welcome to Cartridge world, this is a recycling companywhere instead of throwing away your old used ink cartridges,
you can actually refill them!
for ink cartridges its about 4-5 times
depending on the condition of it
and for toners it's indefinitely.
the cost of refilling a cartrige is half the price of the original
thus its more environmentally friendly&cost efficient!

thats just the introductory talk okay.
after that the more interested people will ask about
-what brands do these refills provide for
-how much is it
-wheres the shop at
-the refilling process
-whether it infringes any patent rights&!

the longest ever is for those people who want to buy over the subfranchises!
omg, that kinda convo can go on for like half an hour okay.=X

for the first two days i worked with PK,
and time passed damn fast okay!
the bosses are nice&friendly.
dominick is nice (buys me&ame lunch on the third day!),
uncle jason is superrr cartooon!
he talks about how his partner expects him to bring this cow softtoy ard all the time!
and seeing how the toy looks old,
and i asked him how long they've been tgt,
he says.... 3 months! Heh.
& how he says i'm cool man and tells us that skinny belts are in,
thereafter pulling up his shirt an showing us his thin Flowery belt.
and how his new pants has the faded construction worker look!HEH :D

1. talk about Vicki who eats green apple everyday
2. laugh at the contour express woman who doesnt seem to have benefited from the service!
3. pop over and talk to Lee Lee from Comfort Keepers
4. bluff dominick that we're going to the toilet & go for lunch breaks tgt (though we're not supposed to)
5. stare in awe at the donald trump look alike who is constantly drinking coffee/coke
6. look in disgust at those people who came by just to take the free bags they provide
7. people asking how much are the bags8. people scaring us by pouncing on us and asking if EMPTY BOXES are free gifts?!
9. ah peks who come by and look at 4d numbers on the ink cartridges?!

on the third day, i worked with amelia (from cj) cus pk went to bangkok.
AND! there was this guy who..said thanks and held my lower arm
after that he HELD ON TO MY UPPER ARMS AND SAID
i'll come by again later!
and there was another guy who after talking to me said,Thanks Melissa.
i was like EH?! 0.0
i mean, i was wearing a name tag la, but Still!
oh oh, and there was this woman from the rival company
who came over to wanted to buy a franchise for her parents& her name was
Cheep Er!(i showed amelia and we were laughing like mad la!)















basically, i had fun :D






yesterday night, i had a super delightful phone convo!
the kind where after talking for awhile,
both parties just laugh&laugh,
wipe their tears, and stop talking just to laugh!:D
